Well...here I go blogging - imagine that!
Lately, my life has been a topsy turvy series of events... come back every now and then to visit my blog and join me for the ride!
I named my blog "Waffles, Cereal and Yogurt" because these are 3 of Sarah's favorite foods - foods that she will have to give up in the coming weeks. Sean and I have decided to start Sarah on the gluten free/casein free diet. The decision wasn't very hard, but starting is (for more information check out www.gfcfdiet.com and www.gfcf-diet.talkaboutcuringautism.org ). I'll post more on the diet later.
I'll use this blog to journal the stuff that goes on in my life. It's so much easier (and therapeutic) to write things down. Besides, who has three hours to listen when they ask "what's up" or "how are you"? What most people mean is "hey"! After all, everyone else is going through their own lives and daily struggles and ups and downs. No one really wants to know what's going on every time they ask you right? To test my theory, try answering truthfully to the bank teller when she says, "how are you". Imagine the looks you would get if you said, "well my car's on the blink, my boss is getting on my nerves, my sex life is great, but I've got a terrible ache in my back and my money's really tight right now"! HA HA
